Bentley comes home — Brittney's golden retriever arrives as a puppy and becomes her service animal, shadow, and best friend for 10½ years.

2019
April 7 — Levi is born. The world's most energetic, curious kid arrives. Future big brother. Already the heart of his family.

2022
October 21 — The Buffalo Chip Saloon, Cave Creek AZ. Ben and Brittney end up at the same bar on the same night after nearly a year of missed connections on Bumble. He said "BRITTNEY… YOU ARE SO CUTE!"
November 20 — Ben meets Levi at the Enchanted Christmas Event in Scottsdale. Home sick, 45 minutes away, drove anyway. Levi was on his shoulders by the end of the night.

October 30 — The proposal. Riverview Park, 5:30 PM. Bentley jumped in the lake mid-proposal. Ben pulled a dripping golden retriever out with one hand and held the ring with the other. She said yes. Read the full story →

November — Two weeks in Thailand for their honeymoon. Temples, beaches, night markets, the best food of their lives.
Late December — Baby McGee. Newlyweds. Expecting. The most unexpected and most perfect way to end the year.

April 7 — Levi turns 7. Golden birthday. A party, a cake, and the countdown to big brotherhood begins.
